About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for maintaining Robotic Dogs located at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida. The Air Force Installation Contracting Center is seeking sources capable of providing comprehensive maintenance services for these specialized robotic systems, including software updates, full hardware coverage, priority maintenance, and preventative maintenance every 4,000 walk hours. The RFI notes that funds are currently not available for this effort, and no award will be made until funding is secured. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offerors for costs. The maintenance services exclude third-party devices like payload sensors and manipulators, which are covered under manufacturer warranties. The solicitation is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines, with Captain Sean M. Conroy listed as the Contracting Officer responsible for this potential procurement.
