About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Finance and Facilities Division, Procurement Section, for Reverse Engineering Training services. The RFI is open exclusively to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns for market research purposes only. The due date for responses is September 2, 2026. This RFI is strictly informational and does not constitute a solicitation, commitment, or request for proposal; no funds are available to pay for response preparation, and responses are not offers that create binding obligations.
The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) personnel require foundational and advanced reverse engineering training to support analysis of software and binary code during system integrity reviews, vulnerability assessments, and technical investigations affecting FBI CJIS information systems. Responses should include company name and business size, evidence of technical ability and relevant personnel experience, GSA Schedule information (if applicable) with schedule and Service Identification Number (SIN), and any assumptions or concerns regarding the contemplated services. Required submission information includes contractor legal/DBA name, address, point of contact, telephone, email, DUNS number, CAGE code, facility clearance status (if applicable), applicable NAICS codes, standard business size, GSA Schedule status, and NASA SEWP contract information. Responses should be submitted to Stevon Walker, Contracting Officer (swalker4@fbi.gov), or Renae Yuille, Contract Specialist (NRYUILLE@fbi.gov). Respondents should submit succinct capability packages addressing the FBI's requirements without including proposals, past performance information, or requests for mailing list inclusion.
