About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) document from the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) seeking a comprehensive customer and employee experience survey platform. The RFI seeks detailed information from potential vendors about their survey technology capabilities, focusing on features such as role-based access control, survey types, advanced analytics, data integration, mobile optimization, real-time reporting, and AI-driven insights. Key requirements include supporting various survey types (CSAT, ESAT, NPS), providing customizable dashboards, offering text analytics and sentiment analysis, supporting multiple question formats, and enabling seamless data mapping across store hierarchies.

The document extensively explores vendor capabilities across several domains including experience with grocery retailers, federal government survey services, platform features, support options, and future roadmap. Specific areas of interest include FedRAMP compliance, pricing models, data storage practices, integration capabilities with CRM platforms, and the ability to provide retail grocery benchmarks. DeCA is seeking a solution that can conduct surveys mandated by DoDI 1330.17, including customer satisfaction surveys and receipt-based feedback, with an emphasis on generating actionable insights through advanced technological capabilities. Vendors are requested to submit their responses via email to Christina Ellison, highlighting their platform's unique value proposition.
