Submission requirements include company profile and contact information, copies of licenses and certifications, proof of insurance, and detailed rate structures covering standard labor rates (journeyman, apprentice, helper, supervisor), after-hours labor rates, emergency service rates, equipment charges, material markup percentages, and service area coverage with typical response times. Evaluation will be based on relevant experience, references and past performance, competitive pricing and rate transparency, availability and response time, compliance with submission requirements, and geographic service areas. Selected vendors will be eligible to receive maintenance work orders as needs arise on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed minimum volume of work. All vendors must comply with CTCLUSI contracting policies, prevailing wage requirements if applicable, background check requirements, and confirm they are not debarred or suspended from public contracting.
