About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Enterprise Hill Commodity Council (EHCC)/DLA Aviation for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) support for aircraft parts. The RFI seeks to identify a contractor to provide integrated logistics support for parts related to multiple airframes including A-10, F-15, F-16, B1, B-52, C-5, C-17, and others. The government anticipates a fixed-price, outcome-based contract with a single source under FAR 6.302, with key objectives including maintaining predetermined levels of part availability, reducing total ownership costs, providing engineering and technical support, and offering training for repair/overhaul processes.

Responses are due by 17 July 2025 and must be submitted electronically to Tiffany Ruybal via email. Interested companies must provide company details including CAGE code, DUNS number, point of contact information, business size, and socio-economic category. The RFI emphasizes that this is market research and not a formal solicitation, with the government seeking capabilities documentation and potential innovative approaches to meeting the logistics support requirements. The anticipated contract will involve a collaborative partnership with the OO-ALC Depot level maintenance facility to optimize system readiness and reduce overall support costs.
