The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request.

The contemplated effort would be a firm fixed price. The work involves the design and construction a 100-vehicle parking lot. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237310.

Responses must show demonstrated, recent, relevant experience in the areas of:

• A list of at least three (3) projects completed that are relevant (parking lot construction or major rehabilitation, roadway repair/upgrade).

• Phased work / maintaining operations: parking lot to stay partially operational during construction (e.g., shift parking to one side while you rebuild the other), provide evidence of that type of phased work

For the contemplated effort, the Contractor will be required to provide:

a) Evidence of recent and relevant experience.

b) Key personnel qualifications.

c) Technical capability.
