About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of the Air Force's 502d Air Base Wing seeking potential contractors for oxygen tank services at two training squadron locations: Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio and JBSA Lackland in Texas. The RFI is conducting market research to identify small businesses capable of providing industrial gas manufacturing services under NAICS Code 325120 and PSC 6830, with a focus on identifying vendors who can supply oxygen tanks for aircrew training purposes.

The RFI requires interested small businesses to respond by Monday, 29 Dec 2025 at 4:00 p.m. CDT, submitting responses via email to contracting specialists Andrew Ng and Jaison Saavedra. Key information requested includes: small business status, socio-economic classification, previous military customer experience, product sourcing, and capability to service one or both locations. The government intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Requirements Contract with a five-year performance period, with the solicitation planned for January 2026. Respondents are explicitly instructed not to provide pricing information and that this RFI does not guarantee future contract opportunity.
