About this file

This document contains a request for information (RFI) from the United States Space Force regarding advisory and assistance services to support the Women, Peace, and Security Act for the North American Aerospace Defense Command and United States Northern Command. The RFI requests responses to six questions by May 3rd, 2023 to assist in developing an acquisition strategy for a new contract. It seeks information on company details, the suitability of a firm-fixed price term contract, recommended contract length and rationale, prime and subcontractor plans and capabilities, and certification for receiving controlled unclassified information. The draft performance work statement indicates the services would provide recommendations for gender activities and training to support operational planning within the area of responsibility, including policy, strategy, plans, and prevention of sexual and gender-based violence.
