This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) seeking market research on integrated communications and digital adoption support services. DTRA's Information Management and Technology Directorate requires vendor capabilities to assist in implementing new technologies and digital mandates across the agency, including creating implementation plans, communications messages, and technical graphics that support the agency's mission of countering weapons of mass destruction (WMD) threats.

Vendors are invited to submit written capabilities including company details such as CAGE code, UEI number, authorized representative contact information, suggested NAICS codes, and small business status. The RFI emphasizes that this is a market research exercise only, with no guarantee of future solicitation, and responses will become government property. Vendors should provide a brochure or brief description addressing the attached Performance Work Statement, identifying any capabilities they can meet or potential issues with the requirements, without including classified or confidential information.
