About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Peace Corps for market research related to Health Care Benefits Services. Responses are due by June 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST and should be submitted via email to Contracting Officer Jubner Severe at jsevere@peacecorps.gov and acmdomestic@peacecorps.gov. Respondents should provide company descriptions and capabilities, historical experience in providing health care benefits services, business classification information under NAICS Code 524292 (Pharmacy Benefit Management and Other Third Party Administration of Insurance and Pension Funds), an assessment of their ability to meet all requirements, recommendations for improving service scope, identification of potential performance or technical risks, and rough order of magnitude pricing for planning purposes only. Responses must not exceed 30 pages, use Microsoft Word format in Times New Roman 11- or 12-point font with 1-inch margins, and include a cover letter with company contact information. The Peace Corps has conducted market research that identified no appropriate contractors on the GSA Schedule; however, interested vendors should include their GSA Schedule information if applicable. The RFI indicates that based on responses received, the subsequent requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.
