About this file
This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) from the Defense Health Agency (DHA) seeks qualified sources for a Remote Authentication Platform. The requirement is for a commercial-off-the-shelf web-based authentication and electronic access management system that will provide single sign-on access to the Department of Defense Virtual Medical Library (VML) content for medical personnel. The platform must facilitate secure remote access to full-text journals, magazines, dissertations, books, continuing education credits, and evidence-based care sheets for DOD Medicine and Military Health Systems personnel.
Interested parties must submit a 20-page Capability Statement via email to Linda Walker and Destiny Wood by 12:00 PM ET on 24 November 2025. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), address content requirements in section 2.0 of the Statement of Work, and provide company details including NAICS code, unique entity identifier, and available contracting vehicles. The government is contemplating a single contract award, but this notice is not a formal request for proposal, and participation does not guarantee future solicitation opportunities.
