About this file
This document contains two separate Requests for Information (RFIs) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The first RFI (VA-25-00085171) seeks information about ComplianceQuest Electronic Quality Management System Software License and Support. The second RFI (VA-24-00101965) is for Veteran Experience Services Eligibility and Enrollment (VESEE).
Both RFIs require vendors to submit detailed responses by 9:00 AM EST on August 25, 2025, via email. Vendors must provide company information, business size, socioeconomic data, and unique entity identifiers. The VESEE RFI specifically targets Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) with a set-aside requirement that contractors cannot pay more than 50% of government payments to non-SDVOSBs. Vendors are asked to provide a Rough Order of Magnitude, demonstrate FEDRAMP and VA authorization for SaaS solutions, and confirm their ability to meet set-aside requirements. The RFIs emphasize that these are information-gathering exercises only, with no guarantee of future contract award.
