About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), a component of the Department of Justice, seeking vendor input on inventory management system solutions.

EOIR operates a 5,600-square-foot centralized warehouse supporting approximately 75 court locations nationwide, currently managing 350 SKUs and 21,000 inventory items tracked through spreadsheets with no centralized management system. The organization requires a solution providing end-to-end visibility and control of both accountable and non-accountable assets from procurement through delivery. The system must integrate with EOIR's existing Accountable Property Management (APM) system and UFMS (Momentum Enterprise Suite product) for financial and procurement functions, while supporting warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping. EOIR seeks to reduce total inventory levels, improve visibility, increase turnover, and leverage direct shipping where appropriate through multiple fulfillment strategies including central warehouse fulfillment and vendor direct shipping.

The RFI poses 14 questions to potential vendors covering system integration capabilities with APM and UFMS, implementation timeline and resource requirements, requirement fulfillment status, configuration and implementation approach, government references, demonstration capability, FedRamp authorization status, hosting model (SaaS, GovCloud, etc.), security controls and compliance certifications, and estimated pricing for an operation of EOIR's size. The RFI references attached requirements documentation and invites vendors to provide comprehensive responses addressing EOIR's current operational challenges and future system objectives.
