About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for Human Resources Management Solutions. The RFI aims to conduct market research on cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions that comply with the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM). Interested vendors are asked to submit responses by August 27, 2025, at 9AM EST, including an Administrative Information Table and answers to 8 specific questions about their HR management cloud solutions.
The RFI seeks detailed information about vendors' HR management products, including modules, cloud-based capabilities, implementation approaches, training offerings, and data migration strategies. Respondents should address specific OPM functional areas like Federal Leadership, Oversight & Evaluation, Vetting, Benefits, and Retirement, and provide details on their solution's compliance with federal standards such as 508 compliance and FedRAMP certification. The document emphasizes that this is a market research effort only and does not guarantee a future solicitation or contract.
