About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the General Services Administration on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development regarding enterprise-wide Continuing Legal Education and legal training solutions for attorneys and paralegals.
The RFI seeks market research to assess commercial capabilities and support acquisition planning for a CLE platform that must support approximately 150+ users nationwide. The Government requires a single enterprise-wide platform capable of delivering live and on-demand CLE programming, centralized user administration, compliance tracking and reporting, and jurisdiction-specific CLE management. Respondents should address their platform's content offerings (number of on-demand courses and monthly live events), jurisdictions supported for CLE credit including ethics and specialty credits, and direct reporting capabilities to jurisdictions. The RFI additionally requests information on content sourcing (proprietary versus third-party aggregation), administrative dashboards, user activity reporting, compliance tracking, certificate management, Single Sign-On capabilities, user provisioning features, help desk support, current federal or enterprise customers, and distribution channels (direct sales, authorized resellers, or GSA Schedule contracts). A draft Statement of Work is referenced as attached but not included in this document. Responses should be submitted to Contract Specialist Lilian Librodo (lilian.librodo@gsa.gov) and Contracting Officer Charles Enoch (charles.enoch@gsa.gov). This RFI is explicitly stated as market research only and does not constitute a Government solicitation or commitment.
