About this file
This document is a Market Research Survey for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Gdansk, Poland, issued by USTRANSCOM under solicitation TRANSCOM25R023. The survey seeks to gather critical information from potential vendors about their capabilities to provide comprehensive terminal services, including their ability to operate as a registered agent in Gdansk, perform all services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), comply with local labor regulations, provide necessary labor and equipment, and maintain minimum productivity levels.
The survey comprises 11 detailed questions covering vendor qualifications, operational readiness, experience with similar contracts, pricing preferences, and potential barriers to entry. Vendors are asked to provide specifics about past similar projects, including contract details, performance periods, and scope of work, with an emphasis on understanding their capacity to meet the complex logistical requirements of stevedoring and terminal services for military operations.
