About this file

This request for information concerns the Thornhill Medical MOVES SLC system. The U.S. Army Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center is seeking to purchase the Thornhill Medical MOVES SLC, an all-in-one portable system that combines an oxygen concentrator, ventilator, suction, and patient monitoring capabilities. Responses to the RFI are due by August 20, 2021 and will be treated as confidential. The system must meet various requirements for patient support between 10-120kg, dimensions, battery life, environmental tolerances, and integrated monitoring capabilities. The MOVES SLC would be used to establish a simulation testing environment for the National Emergency Tele-Critical Care Network and provide deployable emergency care services to remote locations. No other system offers the same integrated capabilities required to support the network's mission.
