About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Robins Air Force Base to conduct market research for potential sources to provide specific parts for the AN/APG-83 Scalable Agile Beam Radar (SABR) system. The requirement includes procuring 147 each of three specific parts: Antenna Assemblies (part #326K910G12), Receiver Exciter Processors (REP) (part #326K900G12), and C-130 Interior Cabin Equipment Kits (part #403K401G01) for installations on AC-130J, MC-130J, and HC-130J aircraft platforms.

The RFI seeks contractors capable of furnishing materials, support equipment, tools, and services for support and sustainment, with the ability to maintain and calibrate equipment at their or a subcontractor's facility. Potential sources must demonstrate expertise in sustaining and developing software and hardware support for systems interacting with the AN/APG-83 SABR. Interested parties are instructed to submit responses within 30 days of posting to Donna Casey (PCO) or Raquiel Shell (Contract Specialist) via email, with a comprehensive capability survey covering general capabilities, commerciality, and engineering services. The document emphasizes that this is a market research effort and not a formal solicitation, with no guarantee of future contract award.
