REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
ACC A2 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Enterprise - (ISR-E) Support Services
1. Description The purpose of this requirement is to provide Intelligence Support to the Air Combat Command (ACC) A2 Intelligence Directorate, subordinate NAFs, Centers, and Wing Staffs.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.
This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
2. Scope The scope of this requirement and any potential resulting contract is to provide a full range of intelligence support and ISR-E operational services that encompass analysis and assessment support, training and intelligence support for the intel community. This requirement will have a level of volatility associated with it that will require fluctuations in the level of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) support required at multiple locations due to the Intelligence Community’s continuously evolving mission. The primary focus will be on ACC A2 Directorate and may include the subordinate NAF, Center, and Wing Staffs listed below:
a. ACC/A2
b. 16 AF
c. 480 ISRW
d. 363 ISRW
e. 55 WG
f. 70 ISRW
The places of performance will be at multiple Contiguous United States (CONUS) military bases. Additionally, long-distance travel, including Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS) support, will be required as needed and reimbursed in accordance with travel regulations.
Period of Performance: 15 Nov 26 – 14 Nov 31 Target Award in 4th Qtr FY26 Contract length is Base plus four years

Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
3. Requested Information Please respond to this RFI with sufficient detail explaining your capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement as described in the draft PWS. Required information is outlined in the attached RFI Response Form. Responses will require a review of the draft PWS with attachment E- LOE, which is attached to this RFI.
4. Responses Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI using the attached RFI Response form.

Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to HQ ACC AMIC/PKCC at jeffery.eggleston@us.af.mil and janet.best@us.af.mil no later than January 6 2024 at 12:00 PM EST. Please do not include any proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
5. Questions At the current time HQ ACC AMIC/PKCC is not seeking or accepting questions regarding this request for information.
6. Summary THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY will help further define the requirement and identify appropriate sources that can provide ISR-E support services. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
