About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the White House Task Force (WHTF) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to secure hotel room blocks for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in 11 U.S. cities. The RFI seeks hotel providers to reserve 4-10 rooms per city for WHTF personnel and affiliated travelers, with stays ranging from 21 to 39 days, starting from June 11 to July 20, 2026. Key requirements include cancellation flexibility, uniform pricing and terms across cities, amenities like loyalty programs and free Wi-Fi, and hotels located within a 3-mile radius of event venues.
Respondents must submit a comprehensive cover page with company details, including business size, socio-economic status, NAICS codes, and existing federal contract vehicles. The response is limited to 20 pages and must be submitted electronically to specified DHS contacts by October 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Deliverables include a detailed list of hotels, cancellation terms, amenity confirmations, and pricing structures. The RFI emphasizes that this is for information gathering only, does not constitute a solicitation, and will not result in any guaranteed contract or competitive advantage for respondents.
