About this file

This document is a set of questions and answers related to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the State of Florida's Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Office of Motorist Services, seeking information on reliable, responsive, and cost-effective solutions for an automated electronic routing system for policy and procedures documents.

The RFI does not have a defined timeline for an RFP release, and there is currently no incumbent contract fulfilling this requirement. The Department is open to discussing custom-built solutions using a low-code platform and is flexible on the deployment and maintenance options, including cloud, SaaS, or on-premises. The Department anticipates approximately 13 editing users and a significant number of read-only users, and requires support for multiple languages beyond Spanish and Haitian Creole, such as Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and French.
