STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Installation
5 April 2023
1. Purpose: Department of Veterans Affairs Healthcare System of the Ozarks, 1100 N. College Ave. Fayetteville, AR 72703, Biomed Department, has a request to install an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) on the Philips Computerized Tomography (CT) equipment. 2.1. The Contractor shall install the UPS to connect to facility power and the Philips CT.
2.2. The Contractor shall perform any upgrades to the breaker box required for installation in coordination with the COR and/or authorized government representative.
2.3. The Contractor shall secure the equipment in a space approved by the COR or authorized government representative.
2.4. The Contractor shall replace the existing batteries with new batteries in accordance with recommended manufacturer’s guidelines.
3. Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, 26 Apr 2023 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). Please send a notification to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Kristine Mills no later than (NLT) 1:00 PM CST, Tuesday, 25 Apr 2023 at Kristine.mills@va.gov .
