Work is restricted to between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, with no work allowed on weekends or legal holidays without written approval. The contractor must use approved manufacturers from Appendix A, submit all work for review and approval by Utility Services Engineering and Maintenance Supervisory personnel, and be prepared to pay for inspector overtime if work occurs outside standard hours. All submittals require field dimension verification, and any significant deviations must be reported to the Utility Services Department for resolution prior to proceeding.
