The Department shall require its contractors, suppliers, and consultants to not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, or disability in the award and performance of its contracts.

All DBE payments must be reported whether or not you initially planned to utilize the company. In order for our race neutral DBE Program to be successful, your cooperation is imperative. (70) points or higher on the Technical Proposal to be considered responsive. Should a Proposer receive fewer than seventy (70) points for their average Technical Proposal score, the Price Proposal will not be opened.
