The RFP, Project and Proposal No. DOT-RFP-25-6193SD, covers work in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. The due date for proposals is September 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM, to be submitted via email. This Addendum provides answers to questions received from prospective proposers, including the identity of the incumbent contractor, H2O Environmental Services, LLC, and the total payments to date under the previous contract, which were $5,674,694.84. It also clarifies that the Federal Aid forms will be included in the awarded contract documents and become part of the executed contract.
The RFP covers a range of services related to contamination assessment and remediation within FDOT's district. The contract will be funded with federal and state funds, and the work must comply with various nondiscrimination statutes and authorities, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The current contract holder, H2O Environmental Services, LLC, has been providing these services to the FDOT under the previous contract.
