About this file
This document is a Question and Answer addendum for the Illinois Department of Corrections' PREA Case Management Database solicitation (25-426DOC-CENTO-B-46053). The bid opening has been extended to 1:00 PM on February 26, 2025, for a new software system to manage PREA-related case data. The state is seeking a case management solution, which could be either a Software-as-a-Service model or a custom-developed solution, with all collected data to remain property of the state upon contract expiration.
The solicitation will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder, with no published budget allocation. The current system is a customized Microsoft Access database. There are no small business set-asides, local vendor preferences, or contractor allowances for this solicitation. Subcontractors are not permitted. While the contract price is listed as "estimated" for Office of the Comptroller purposes, this designation does not affect the bid evaluation process.
