About this file
This document is a Response to Questions for RFP #2022-23-02 issued by Eastern Oregon University for a multi-faceted series of print and video media production services. The RFP solicits proposals for comprehensive media production work that includes both pre-production and post-production requirements, with an estimated scope requiring a minimum of 12 days of travel and on-site production work. Proposers must submit responses via email with the subject line "Response to RFP #2022-23-02" and must deliver proposals by the stated closing date and time, as no late submissions will be accepted. Proposers are required to attend meetings in designated locations, which the university confirmed is a mandatory requirement for participation. The contract work must be performed within the United States.
The maximum budget allocation for this engagement is $30,000, which the university confirmed is a firm ceiling and non-negotiable. The RFP is open to submissions from any interested agency or organization, including international companies, though non-U.S. entities must complete either a W-8 or W-9 tax form depending on their tax status. Email is the sole acceptable submission method for proposals, with submissions accepted as either a single PDF document or multiple files. The university indicated openness to submissions from interested parties before they develop detailed proposals, allowing potential respondents to conduct preliminary inquiries regarding scope and requirements.
