About this file
The document is a Response to Offeror's Questions for RFP No. 23-0904002-016 issued by the South Dakota Department of Health, Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion for their HIV Prevention Program. The RFP seeks proposals for HIV prevention activities in the state of South Dakota, with preference given to applicants that will deploy CDC-approved strategies and serve the priority populations of people living with HIV/AIDS and/or those at greatest risk for acquiring HIV. Offerors may email inquiries concerning the RFP to obtain clarification of requirements, and all inquiries and the State's responses will be posted on the state's e-procurement system.
The RFP allows for the inclusion of client assistance or motivational tools within proposals, provided they can be linked back to an individual for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes. Offerors are also required to include all relevant programs in their organization within the scope of work proposal and describe how they contribute to the strategies within the RFP and at what capacity they can or should be supported with HIV Prevention funds.
