About this file
The document is a guide on responding to a solicitation in the HRSD (Hampton Roads Sanitation District) online Oracle ERP system for the state of Virginia. The solicitation is for the Eaton Motor Control Center (MCC) - SSEEM project, which is open to jurisdictions in Virginia, specifically the City of Virginia Beach and Union Hall CDP. The guide provides step-by-step instructions on logging in, navigating the system, viewing attachments, creating a response, and submitting the bid. The key details include the solicitation number (406835-2), the deadline for responding, and the requirement to submit responses through the HRSD online system rather than the state's eVA system.
The document does not provide information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient details about the contract opportunity. It focuses solely on the mechanics of responding to the solicitation through the HRSD online portal.
