About this file

This is a requirements document for subsistence deliveries to the Federal Correctional Institution El Reno, Oklahoma, detailing delivery specifications and conditions for food items. The document outlines strict delivery requirements including temperature controls (34-40°F for non-frozen perishables, 0°F or below for frozen items), delivery hours (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday-Friday), and facility requirements (4-foot elevated unloading dock compatibility).

The requirements are part of solicitation 15B50725Q00000012 for quarterly dairy, meats, general subsistence, and kosher items. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 311999 with a 500-employee size standard. Deliveries must occur between April 1-14, 2025. Quotes are due February 24, 2025, by 4 PM CST, with anticipated award on February 26, 2025. The contract will be firm-fixed price with payment via Government Purchase Card for awards under $10,000 and EFT for larger amounts. Past performance and price are the key evaluation factors, and vendors with poor delivery history may be deemed non-responsible.
