Requirements for NuTrace NUX-20 NG Surgical Instrument Fiber Laser or Equal
• Power is to be 110v.
• Have a CFR Class 1-4 laser for etching UDI on to reusable medical devices and instruments.
• Fit in a compact space roughly 18” x 14” and no taller than 38”.
• Have exhaust port and vacuum with HEPA filter.
• Manual Z-axis for precise vertical movement allowing for exact placement of a UDI.
• Cabin large enough to accommodate larger surgical instruments.
• Built-in GS1 reader that allows the hospital to easily decode and convert to human readable GS1 data matrix verification.
• Built in tablet with CAD templates built in.
• Multi wavelength OD8+ protective glass front to allow for easy viewing and positioning of instruments.
• Compatible with CensiTrac system.
• Includes warranty.
• Provide up to 32 hours on and off-site training for users.
• Two Laser Safety Training Certificate
