Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the terms of the contract and the contract will be cancelled.

Items must meet specifications as indicated. Failure to comply with specifications will be considered as non-conformance under the terms of the contract and the contract will be cancelled. All items will be closely inspected. Items may require thawing and cooking to determine specification compliance. Items which are conditionally received and found to be unacceptable must be picked up at the vendor's expense within two weeks of notification of non-compliance. If refused product is not picked up within two weeks it will be disposed.

All deliveries must be delivered on bread racks.

Fresh bread shall be delivered within 48 hours after baking.

Vendors who fail to meet delivery schedule or specifications will be removed indefinitely from future award.

SCHEDULE:

ALL ITEMS MUST BE DELIVERED ON A WEEKLY BASIS ON A PRE-SCHEDULED DAY THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, FOR A PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF JANUARY 2, 2026, THROUGH MARCH 31, 2026.

METHOD OF DELIVERY: The trailer/delivery vehicle deck must be suitable to offload onto a 4 foot elevated unloading dock.
