About this file
This is a Request for Quote document issued by the Illinois Procurement Partnership for Materials & Labor (ALPLM) regarding forklift services. The request seeks quotes for forklift equipment and related services to support ALPLM member organizations across Illinois. The document specifies quantities and specifications for forklift units required, though detailed item counts and technical specifications would be outlined in the complete quote requirements. Responses to this request for quote must be submitted by the deadline specified in the document, with award decisions expected following the quote evaluation period. The contract term and any renewal options would be contingent upon the successful bidder's proposal and ALPLM's standard contracting terms.
Pricing shall be quoted according to the line items and specifications detailed in the request, with costs evaluated competitively among qualified bidders. The ALPLM procurement process may include set-asides for minority or disadvantaged businesses as applicable under Illinois procurement regulations. This quote request represents an opportunity for vendors to supply equipment and services to multiple public entities through ALPLM's cooperative purchasing framework, expanding their customer base across the state. Funding for individual purchases would be provided by member organizations utilizing the resulting contract.
