Atlanta Regional Commission
Request for Proposals (RFP) WordPress and Website Support
The Atlanta Regional Commission (“ARC”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide ongoing WordPress development support and related digital platform services.
ARC maintains a diverse ecosystem of WordPress websites, digital services, and web-based tools that support regional planning, communications, public engagement, and organizational operations. ARC seeks a technically mature and operationally reliable partner capable of supporting the continued evolution, maintenance, troubleshooting, accessibility remediation, modernization, enhancement, and design of these systems over the next three years. This support will be on an as-needed basis and will run the course of a year with the option of renewing it annually for two additional years.
ARC cannot guarantee that there will be support requests in the coming year and reserves the right not to request any support work over the course of this contract. ARC may engage multiple consultants, assign work based on expertise or availability, use internal staff, and access specialized services outside of this contract as needed.
ARC will convene an evaluation committee composed of members of ARC staff who will review all proposals and make a consultant selection.
Based on responses to this RFP, ARC may identify a short list of firms from the submissions received.
Should it be determined that interviews are required, the shortlisted firms may be invited to participate in an interview process with the evaluation committee. ARC reserves the right to award this contract based on proposals received without interviews.
ARC intends to award a contract by January 2027, and the successful consultant should be prepared to begin work immediately.

5. Professional resumes of all individuals who will be assigned to the support services,
6. Hourly rates in the format on Exhibit B,

No other direct contact related to this RFP is permitted between prospective consultants and the ARC staff.

It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure successful registration and timely submission.
All proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@atlantaregional.org. Proposal submitted by any other method (including mail, fax, or hand delivery) may not be accepted unless specified in the solicitation document. The email subject line should be ARC Website Support Services RFP.
Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 pm EST on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Outlook will automatically record the date and time of the submission. Late proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.
