Bidders must provide individual, standalone pricing for each of the seven projects on the itemized cost proposal form, including estimated lead times, with bids combining all projects into a total base bid. The District requires a one-year full-replacement warranty on all newly installed components and one-year labor warranty on installation workmanship, with emergency callback response times of one hour for entrapped passengers and four hours for equipment malfunctions. Contractors must submit proof of state elevator contractor licensing, references from at least three similar K-12 projects completed within the last three years, project schedules, completed Iran Linked Business Affidavits, and Familial Disclosure Statements, with failure to include the latter two documents resulting in bid disqualification. All equipment must be 100% non-proprietary and maintainable by any licensed independent elevator service contractor, with no proprietary tooling restrictions, and complete technical documentation and as-built schematics must be provided upon project completion. All work must be scheduled during school breaks or after 4:00 PM to minimize disruption to educational environments, and all contractor personnel must pass criminal background checks and fingerprinting with strict prohibitions on student interaction.
