About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks potential sources to support the Tunner 60K Aircraft Cargo Loader sustainment across four key areas: pipeline/material management, sustaining engineering, repair, and overhaul. The document targets both small and large businesses, including joint ventures and teaming arrangements, for a market research effort following an Industry Day held on 13 February 2025. Interested contractors must complete a comprehensive Contractor Capability Survey addressing general capabilities, overhaul and support capabilities, and engineering services capabilities, with responses due by close of business on 11 April 2025.

The RFI covers three fielded configurations of Tunner Aircraft Cargo Loaders (NSN 3930-01-409-0339CT) with part numbers 9032950-501, 9032950-601, and 9032950-605. Respondents are required to provide detailed business information, including CAGE code, business size, ownership status, and certifications (such as small business, veteran-owned, HUBZone, etc.). Responses must be electronically submitted to two Air Force contacts: Deborah Simmons (PCO) and Tiffany Davis-Patterson (Contract Specialist), with attachments limited to 10 MB per email. The Aircraft Cargo Loader's primary mission is to transport cargo worldwide between warehouses and cargo aircraft on flight lines.
