Vendors must include company name, point of contact, physical address, email, phone number, business classification, CAGE code, business size under NAICS code, and any recommended NAICS codes or GSA Special Item Numbers. Submissions should be sent electronically to Ms. Terri Hilton, Contract Specialist, at terri.hilton.ctr@dot.gov with a copy to Ms. Crystal Zorich, Contracting Officer, at Crystal.Zorich@dot.gov. The anticipated contract includes a 12-month base year with four 12-month option periods, with a hybrid place of performance.
