About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal in support of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) for market research purposes. The RFI is not a commitment to contract and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The requirement is for ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration and/or repair services (C&RS) on one Fluke 792A AC to DC Voltage transfer standard (model BC: ASA286, serial number 9285001). The Fluke 792A requires calibration with uncertainties superior to those provided by the manufacturer so it can serve as a "Gold Standard" for calibrating other Fluke 792As. The equipment will be delivered to third-party vendors, specifically PTB Germany and NRC Calibration, to obtain improved uncertainty levels. The place of contract performance is at the vendor facility.
Interested parties must submit responses by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time via email only; no phone calls will be accepted. Responses should be directed to Contracting Officer Portia R. Sampson (portia.r.sampson.civ@army.mil) and Contract Specialist Samantha Shirley (samantha.c.shirley.civ@army.mil). The RFI requires respondents to provide full company name, business size, socio-economic status, points of contact with telephone numbers and email addresses, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). The requirement is classified under NAICS Code 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), Reference Number PANRSA-26-P0000-036514, and the set-aside status is to be determined (TBD).
