1.0 Introduction
The 448th Supply Chain Management Wing (SCMW) is conducting market research to identify potential sources and gather information regarding capabilities for an Advanced Market Research Tool. This RFI seeks information on solutions that leverage upcoming technologies to streamline market research processes, with the goal of efficiently sourcing parts (buying, repairing, overhauling, remanufacturing), reducing sourcing time, and improving supply chain risk management. We are open to considering a wide range of technologies and approaches. The objective is to modernize and enhance market research efforts. A key goal is the automated completion of Air Force market research forms in accordance with Part 10 - Market Research rules and regulations , leveraging data extracted from Request for Information (RFI) responses and Sources of Sought. While the focus of this RFI is on capabilities, the data collected by this tool should support all market research activities, streamline compliance with relevant regulations, and provide enhanced insights to inform broader acquisition decisions.
