About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) regarding multiple construction projects at Bandiana, Australia. The document seeks input from potential contractors to support INDOPACOM posture initiatives and forward provisioning of MARFORPAC, USARPAC, and PACAF forces. The Government is consolidating FY26 through FY30+ construction requirements into a single programmatic execution strategy, with individual projects valued between $20 million and $30 million.

The RFI is issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) to gather market information and assess contractor capabilities before formal solicitation. The inquiry targets construction services and related expertise necessary to execute multiple projects at the Bandiana location over a multi-year period. Respondents should provide information regarding their qualifications, relevant experience with military construction projects, proposed approach to programmatic execution, resource availability, and any logistical or technical considerations specific to Australian operations. This RFI precedes a formal competitive solicitation and is intended to inform the Government's acquisition strategy and contract structuring for this significant military construction initiative.
