The target installation date was the last week of September 2013.

The procurement specifically seeks Spacesaver Mobile Systems, with vendors required to submit separate quotes for both mechanical assist and powered system options. All pricing must include product, freight, inside delivery, and installation costs. The award will be made on a best value basis considering how closely vendors meet specifications while taking price and delivery into consideration. Vendors must submit questions through the designated Question and Answer link on the Solicitation Details View page, with responses posted in the same location. The State reserves the right to accept all or some items in the purchase order award.
