Replacement Equipment FY26.xlsx

This is a Replacement Equipment FY26 budget document outlining capital equipment needs for museum gallery and theater spaces. The document specifies ten line items encompassing projectors, lenses, video players, interactive touch screen monitors, and mounting hardware. The equipment replacements are distributed across multiple gallery and theater spaces, including the Rebellion Theater, ARMY Gallery, JS Intro Theater, and comparative technology and personal stories exhibits. Line item quantities range from single units to three units, with projectors and lenses comprising the majority of requested replacements. The document provides specific manufacturer models, including Panasonic projectors and lenses, Alcorn-McBride video playback systems, Gvision and Planar touch screen monitors, and Chief projector mounts.

The document establishes a $20,000 budget constraint for the video player replacement line item, with escalation provisions to alternative solutions including 7th Sense Media servers or Apple Mac Studio configurations if the primary option exceeds budget. Manufacturer links and product specifications are provided for reference and procurement purposes. Notably, line item six includes conditional specifications requiring replacement of an 80-inch Panasonic touch screen display with equivalent dimensions (W x H x D: 73.6" x 43.1" x 4.1"), with acceptable alternatives from NEC, Sharp, LG, or Samsung manufacturers, or a 75-inch display if 80-inch models become unavailable. The document reflects equipment maintenance and modernization needs within defined fiscal year parameters, with flexibility built into specifications to accommodate market availability and budget considerations.
