About this file
This is an Addendum #1 Revision to a Quick Quote procurement document issued by Collier County's Procurement Services Division for rental, refill, and delivery of CO2 tanks to support pool maintenance operations across the Parks and Recreation Division. The county seeks a vendor to provide rental services for nine 750 cubic foot tanks and three 125 cubic foot tanks, with additional backup 125 cubic foot tanks available as required, deployed across six facility locations including North Collier Regional Park, Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park, Golden Gate Community Park, Eagle Lakes Community Park, Immokalee Sports Complex, and Vineyards Community Park. The project was released on September 29, 2025, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for October 6, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at North Collier Regional Park. Questions must be submitted by October 8, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., with response proposals due by October 20, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., submitted online through the county's e-Procurement portal. The contract is structured as a one-time purchase with firm pricing for the duration of the purchase order term, with all goods delivered on an FOB destination basis.
The pricing proposal requires vendors to submit monthly rental rates per tank for both the 750 cubic foot and 125 cubic foot units, as well as an all-inclusive per-pound price for CO2 delivery, refill, and maintenance services. The county will award the contract to the responsive vendor submitting the lowest quote, with no set-aside designations specified. No incumbent vendor is identified, and no explicit budget range is disclosed. Vendors must meet comprehensive insurance requirements, including Workers' Compensation coverage under Florida Statutes Chapter 440, Employer's Liability at $1,000,000 single limit, Commercial General Liability at $1,000,000 single limit with $2,000,000 aggregate, and Automobile Liability at $1,000,000 per occurrence, with Collier County named as an additional insured. Required documentation includes an insurance statement, W-9 form, proof of Sunbiz registration, and E-Verify registration confirmation. The vendor must also provide regular reporting and maintain collaborative communication with the Parks and Recreation Division regarding tank maintenance, refill schedules, inventory management, and safety compliance with all applicable regulations governing CO2 handling and transportation.
