The project involves providing a 20-foot premium commercial quality artificial Christmas tree with a minimum of 5,000 LED lights and holiday decorations, including full installation and removal services at Zocalo Plaza, 107 N First Street, Immokalee. The tree will be installed for the Annual Immokalee MSTU Tree Lighting Event on the first Thursday of December 2025 and remain on display until January 6, 2026 (All King's Day), with illumination from dusk to dawn controlled by a timer. The contract will be awarded to the responsive vendor with the lowest lump sum quote, which must be all-inclusive and cover the rental tree, lights, decorations, installation, and removal. Payment will be structured in two 50% installments - the first after installation is completed and the second after tree removal. The winning bidder must provide proof of E-Verify registration and a Certificate of Insurance prior to purchase order issuance. Vendors are required to meet specific insurance requirements, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability coverage, with Collier County named as an additional insured. The procurement is a one-time purchase with firm pricing for the duration of the purchase order, and no pre-paid deposits will be accepted.
