The vendor must provide a commercially available multi-tier web-based purchasing platform with unique DAF Libraries logins, pre-release title lists, monthly suggested order carts, game information (reviews, release dates, pricing, covers, descriptions), and a dedicated customer service representative. No title duplication is permitted across 12 monthly shipments, defective items must be replaced at no cost within a 30+ day return window, and no technical processing is required. Responses addressing business classification (large/small U.S. or foreign business based on NAICS 339930 with 700-employee size standard), contact information, socioeconomic status, CAGE Code/UEI, and capabilities statement must be submitted to SSgt Christian Etner and Contracting Officer Gustavo Guadron by June 5, 2026, 4:00 PM CDT. The Government will use responses to determine whether to proceed with full and open competition or a small business set-aside; a formal solicitation may follow using FAR 12.603 combined synopsis/solicitation procedures.
