This document contains specifications for a regenerative air street sweeper for the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). The sweeper must be PM-10 compliant, with dual engines for propulsion and sweeping, and comply with the latest Nevada Revised Statutes, Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, and EPA Emission Control Standards. The sweeper will be used for year-round street sweeping at altitudes up to 9,000 feet. Key requirements include a minimum 8-cubic-yard hopper, a 90-inch pickup head, and side broom assemblies with variable speed control. The sweeper must also have an automatic lubrication system and an electronic backup alarm and camera.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for a one-time purchase of three (3) regenerative air street sweepers for Washoe County and the City of Sparks in Nevada. The equipment must be new, and used, refurbished, demo, prototype, or gray market equipment will not be accepted. Pricing and technical specifications are requested, and a pre-build meeting will be scheduled to confirm specifications prior to manufacturing.
