About this file
The document is a Recycled Material Content Questionnaire and Affidavit for Collin County, Texas, specifically related to an Emergency Vehicle Equipment and Supplies procurement opportunity. The questionnaire requires suppliers to provide detailed information about the recycled material content of their products according to the EPA's Consolidated Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (RMAN), including the percentage of recovered and post-consumer materials in their products and compliance with specific procurement guidelines.
The affidavit includes a commitment from suppliers to maintain accurate recycled material content information throughout the contract term, with Collin County reserving the right to audit files for compliance. Suppliers must disclose changes in recyclable content within 30 days and provide documentation verifying their product's recycled material content. The associated contract opportunity involves purchasing emergency vehicle equipment such as modular storage drawers, light bars, gun racks, and prisoner transport seats for Collin County's law enforcement and emergency vehicle fleet, with potential equipment from manufacturers like Havis, Whelen, and Setina.
