About this file
This is a rebid Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation issued by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity for the acquisition of three (3) four-wheel drive, crew cab, 1/2-ton pickup trucks to be delivered to Ho'olehua, Moloka'i and Waimea, Hawai'i for Fiscal Year 2026. The solicitation seeks new vehicles meeting specified performance and equipment standards. The document establishes the procurement framework, technical specifications, and submission requirements for interested vendors. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids in accordance with the stated deadline and evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation. All vehicles must comply with the specified configurations and delivery requirements to the designated island locations.
The solicitation establishes pricing terms whereby bidders must provide firm, fixed pricing for the complete vehicle packages including all required equipment and delivery to the specified locations. Interested vendors should review the complete IFB document for detailed specifications, evaluation methodologies, pricing schedules, and any applicable set-asides or preferences. The rebid nature of this solicitation indicates this is a reissued opportunity, suggesting the initial procurement round did not result in successful award or completion. Vendors should verify all technical requirements, delivery timelines, and submission procedures with the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity to ensure full compliance with solicitation requirements.
