About this file
This document is a job aid that provides instructions for vendors on how to withdraw, reopen, and resubmit a quote in the COMMBUYS procurement system used by the state of Massachusetts. The job aid covers the steps required to access and modify a previously submitted quote, including locating the quote, withdrawing it, reopening it to make changes, and then resubmitting the updated quote. This functionality allows vendors to correct errors or update information in their quotes before the bid opening deadline.
The related state and local contract opportunity is an RFR (Request for Response) for Specialized Laboratory Testing Services, which is being procured by the state of Massachusetts. The RFR does not provide additional details on the specific services, quantities, or contract term. However, it indicates that vendors will need to submit their quotes through the COMMBUYS system, which is the procurement platform utilized by the state.
