About this file
This Notice of Intent describes the Department of State's plan to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to Bushtex Inc. for SATCOM REACH supplies and services. The BPA would be awarded noncompetitively under FAR 19.1506(b) to the service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Interested parties may submit capability statements to argue that competition would benefit the government. However, the decision to compete the BPA is solely at the agency's discretion, and no costs will be reimbursed. Responses are due by January 31, 2024 to the point of contact. The Notice of Intent and planned sole source award are to fulfill requirements in the attached Statement of Objectives for supplies and services outlined in the SATCOM REACH program.
